Who is the pitcher on the "This is Birdland" billboard off of 395 as you enter Baltimore City headed North?

The billboard is off to the right-hand-side of 395 right about where you have to choose to bear right to go to MLK Boulevard or bear left to head towards Oriole Park, the Convention Center, Conway Street, etc. He looks like someone I went to college with, and I know it's not him, but I am so curious now . . .
