Taryn IS pronounced tear-in. I love that name. Its cute and short. A good middle name would be something like Taryn Jane or Taryn Kate. You just don't want it to sound like "Tearin' Jane" or like she's "tearing" into something haha.

Why would a bank take longer than scheduled to certify a home buyer's checks?

Our closing was held up yesterday because buyers came with the wrong type of checks! They wanted to wait till next week. Their lawyer then wanted to front the money for them. We said "no". (They have had 3 extensions on the closing date already! Each time finding an excuse that they don't have their mortgage yet. They had already gone ped the deadline of the contingency before they even notified us that they didn't have a mortgage! )They called us and said that they would finalize the paper work and get the checks today. We agreed to wait till today for bank to certify checks. It was scheduled for 12:00pm. Our lawyer called and now says the checks won't be certified until 3 or maybe 4 pm. Why would this happen? Is it possible there is some type of mortgage fraud being attempted?

I'm not sure what it is? It gets progressively louder with rpm and it can be felt on the right rear side of the valve covers. Other than tapping engine runs beautifully. No sputters or spits. 2 days late and still a negitive pregnacy test?

So on Nov. 20th I found out I was pregnant and them started my period on the 21st. Went to the OBGYN and he did an ultrasound and said everything looked norma, also did blood work and it went back down to normal levels. He said I had a chemical pregnancy and that was that. Well now a month later and I'm late, I'm never late always right on time to the day. I know this cause I've tracked my cycle for 3 years now. I took a test yesterday and it had a very very faint positive line, then I took a digital and it said not pregnant. Now I would have ovulated on the 7th but I think I might have later cause I had a clear discharge like around the 11th. What do you think is going on???? What should I do????? I have a ton of pregnancy test but I dont' want the disapointment in taking them. DO YOU THINK I MIGHT BE PREGNANT???

My stepson keeps destroying my things?

My stepson (3 years old) breaks and tears up everything I own just about. He never tears up his father's stuff, just mine. He got into my display case that I keep my wedding memorabilia in and tore up my bouquet and stomped on my tiara and broke it. He wrote on my sheets with marker. My Marilyn Monroe figurines he's broken along with alot of my other stuff. When we dropped him off he told his mom I was mad at him and she asked why and he told her what he did to my sheets. I am in a 8 team head to head league and I have Galarraga on my squad right now, but have been contemplating the move for Nolasco. Just trying to get some outside opinions on whether this is a wise move. I'm in 1st place by 13 games and my pitching is actually pretty stacked (my other starters are Johan Santana, Brandon Webb, Cole Hamels, Edinson Volquez, Mike Mussina, and Rich Harden), so the move wont necessarily be all that crucial, but I figure why not make the move if it will better my team.

..He is still young and although most kittens/cats do this, not all will cover it up..Be grateful he uses the litter and either cover it up yourself or clean it out immediately or both when he is finished and leaves the box..I do this at least 6 times in the run of a day and don't think twice about it because what they give me in return is more than worth it..Make sure you use a clumping litter as well because there usually is no smell at all once covered..Give him time, he may begin to do this or he may not and you will have to get used to covering it up for him, which he will see that it is done next time he goes in and may even start doing it himself.. You can also try relocating the box to a bigger area and see if this works..

My husband and I have been married for 6 years and he's active duty army. The first year we should have just did away with our marriage because he cheated with his ex. The problem is with everything that has taken place in the last year in the half. I feel done. I just feel that he wants a convenience. He's needy and always wants to feel important. I found out that they have been having an ongoing friendship or whatever you want to call it throughout our entire marriage. She finally decided to make him test because she couldn't have him. I am upset about the whole thing. I am trying to forgive and work things out but now I feel like I reach the beyond the border of being stupid. I don't have any intimate feelings towards him they all tanked when this mess started and he wouldn't go to counseling. Many people say I should work it out. Installing an Ignition Lock Cylinder Switch in a 92 D21 Nissan Pickup.. How do I?

I have a 92 nissan truck that I got for very very cheap, it runs good and everything, but the key is broke off in the switch, and you crank it with a flat head screwdriver. Well, someone got in it and "locked" it all the way back (manual ) to where you could take the key out, and now it won't crank because you need to rest of the key I guess to turn the switch back. Can someone tell me how to install a ignition switch on it, or another way to fix the problem?? Is there any way to take the switch apart and take the tumblers out of it?? Sorry, I had to laugh at your WTF! You know it's all about calories in and calories out. You probably do have a six-pack but you're not lean enough for it to show. Since you can't spot reduce (technically) you'll have to get leaner if you want your beer gut to go away (and you might even try getting rid of the beer and drinking only water for a month or so). I would suggest eating frequent, SMALL, healthy meals. I say SMALL because you want your stomach to shrink. Even eating a lot of something that has limited calories keeps your stomach stretched. You'll have to do lots of exercises that move your mid-section. You might want to try shaking up your workout too. It's possible that your body is used to this routine so it's not as effective as it should be. Is it possible to swim laps? That's a great full-body workout and would be something different...Good luck!

How can i exercise to lose weight when it hurts to move?

i am a 41 year old male...i have degenerative disc disease...i have had neck surgery (discectomy)...i have a couple painful ruptured discs in my lower back that i will eventually need surgery for...i have arthritis in my neck and back, knees, and feet...many days it hurts so bad that i am unable to leave the house...this is very depressing because i used to be the picture of health...i was a bodybuilder, and always very active until about 6 years ago...my doctor wants me to lose about 40 pounds...i eat a very good diet, but when i try and exercise it hurts when i do it, and right now i am layed up with a "thrown out" back because i went for a bike ride this past weekend...i go swimming whenever i can, but that hurts also...how the heck can i get into a good exercise routine when everything hurts and i get "layed" up in intensive pain when i "over do it?"...it is depressing to be told by doctors that i am "obese" for being 40 pounds overweight and this is the reason for my arthritis and back problems...i feel they are being rude when they say this because i sure wasn't "overweight" before i started having pain...how can i get back into a good exercise routine again?...what can i do to feel better?...thanks in advance for any advice i get...

I was talking with someone about the minor oil smoke (From tail pipe) that the 3.3L V6 seems to develope over time....He said that he had received some memo that said the valve covers were to close to the valves and because of this, the PCV valve would suck oil and cause the smoke problem.....Replacing them with a new modified valve cover set would solve the problem....It doesn't sound right.......I always thought it was a Valve/Ring issue. We were just told that my mother who recently suffered a heart attack has 1 artery completely clogged and the other 2 are 95% blocked. I recently stole two computers and they traced it back to my home. I confessed that I had done it and that it was because i got weak at the moment and the opportunity presented it self. So I was charged with grand larceny 4th (items over a $1000) and having possession of the stolen items, which they took back. What does this mean? The detective said being as it was my 1st time doing anything bad and being only 19, he said not to worry. Will I get jail time? Heres the situation. My husband and his ex-wife have a very difficult time getting along. It has to do with her. She can't seem to let it go and move on with her life. She has caused numerous problems in our lives. When the divorce was final she got custody of the children. Then Child Protective Services got involved and found her to be abusive and neglectful so they went to court and the judge gave custody to my husband. Well she then played dirty and made false accusations against me, which involved the police and Child Protective Services. They found the allegations to be un-substantiated. She got a restraining order on me on behalf of two of the chidlren so thats how she got the two children to live with her. There are four children involved. We have two and she has two. She just doesn't know when to quit. She wants full custody of all four children. She doesn't even have a job and she lives in a two bedroom apartment, beside that she's awaiting court for four charges against her. Larceny, transferring money, tampering with evidence and contributing to the deliquency of a minor. We have filed our response, but they have both been warned numerous times that if they can't get along and keep their custody battles out of court that they will place the children into state care. Can they really do this? Should we hire a lawyer? We are nervous, because we don;t know what can happen.

Dog Whined ALL Last Night! Help?

Okay, my dog, Mushu, is 5, almost 6. He is a yorshire/shih-tzu mix. We moved to my grandmother's house about 2 weeks ago, he sleeps on my bed next to me every night and sleeps soundly. But last night, he whined all night. I stopped giving him water around 8pm and brought him to bed around 10pm. I fed him at 5pm and he was outside since about 4:30pm.
