I got an Article 15 before while deployed in Iraq and I was wondering where can I find it?

I have searched on my AKO and I can't find it there. Is there somewhere else that I should be looking? It was a Field Grade so it should be in my records somewhere. If I can't find it does that mean it's not on my record. When I recieved my article 15, they didn't give me any paperwork. and I still kept my spc rank for a few months before my platoon sgt realized and demoted me. Is it possible that they never gave it to me in the first place?
