My husbands trust fund...my husband has a trust fund that he wont touch to help us out financially..?

He said he would take some out in Feb of this year..and then he refused. I have now maxed my cc'ds to get us thru this hard $$ times and he won't touch his fund which he doesnt get outright till he is 45. (he is 37). I don't feel its right to sit and ruin my credit and struggle as hard as we are when he has a HUGE tf sitting where he can use it. Especially when he promised then reniged at the first of the year. That is why I even agreed to use my cards like I did. Now we fight about money all the time. Should he dip into this to pull us out of a mess I feel like he created? Or do I just watch my credit history go down the drain.
