Can i put mods on my ps3?

I wanted to know if there is a way i can put mods on my ps3. I don't mean like wall hacks or anything like for The Elder Scrolls Oblivion is their a way i can put mods on that form places like Mod DB so i don't have to play the same game over and over. I have all the add-on content i can get for ps3 and wanted to know there is a way to add such things as the city of Loren or Pyramid Head?
