Do i have to put up with brother and wife visiting my v.sick mother when they rejected her prior to sickness?

my mum is v.v sick and not expected to live.last yr my brother accused her of neglecting his family and did not have anything to do with her until i called and told him about this recent illness and now him and his wife are at the hospitol looking into her private affairs and asking questions re her health ,welfare etc and gen acting like they give a sh@t. they did not do much prior to the outburst and my mum was v scared of them.she always babysat and picked their son up from school for 7 yrs 3 x a week all forgotton when they accused her of no intrest etc.she had locks changed and made me next of kin and power of attorney but as her last bout of illness has now rendered her incapable of expressing her feelings it is left to me and they just take the mick by going visiting and interfering generally, his wife works at same hospitol and encroaches when on her breaks etc a general abuse of position also they want me to back off some visits so they can go.should i go seek injunction??
