Will Apple Replace My IPad?

I just got this iPad for Christmas. I have babied it and bought it all the screamers and cleaners. But today I realised it had 3 scratches on it. One almost invisible, one small but visible and one long and very visible. I was so mad. I could hardly get back on it because of the scratch in the middle of the screen. I can't even think of when it could have happens. I haven't dropped it. But now it has them and YouTube runs slow and webpages are running slower!!! Will apple replace it?
