How can I get this guy to notice me?

oh my god, I have the exact same problem! i'm not shy with my friends - but with the guy that I started sitting next to (in igned seats 2 days ago) I am sooo shy, and when he talks to me, it's hard for me to act normally, or speak at all. If you get a good answer - could you let me know? thanks i really need the help on how to do this right, and to have him be as attracted to me as I am to him.. Please? thank youuu!
