Early Decision II to Stern or Teppers?

I'm a high school senior and I was wondering if I should Early Decision II to carnegie mellon or nyu for business. I've visited both schools and like them a lot for different reasons. I was wondering if anyone could help me or give me insight of what they think or know about the programs/schools. Also chances of getting in factor into this because I have a 3.8 and 31 ACT composite score. I might like carnegie mellon a little more, but if I had a better shot of getting into NYU that would make a difference, because I'd rather use my Early Decision and have a good shot of getting into the school.
