Can a muslim meet some whos a non-muslim in islam?

in islam is it allowed for example if a muslim (male) and he meet someone (female) is a non-muslim and that he talk to her and work together in different sections everyday about 9 years to get to know her then at the end they end up getting married and the female turns in to a muslim not for me for alla so would that be a sin or will it be go'n at the end if they get married also will the female sins go away because she was a non-muslim at the start.The male keeps his bounties from her like a kiss on the check.Is it allowed if a female couldn't breath and theres no one around and the only way to save her is to put my mouth into her mouth to breath in and out to save her life is that allowed in islam.Can a male touch a female in a good way not a bad way like to carrie her to the hospital or to her house if shes knocked out or something not .If a male muslim likes a female (non-muslim or muslim) how should the male speak or presents himself to the female.is social dating allowed in islam not like a real date like talking on the internet.THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO ME I JUST WANT TO KNOW.more info please.thank you
