Should Democrats remove the fillibuster as Republicans called for?

Republicans say that is it difficult to work together and the Republican party said it wanted to do away with the filibuster in the Senate. Do you think the Democrats should agree to remove it? That would mean that the majority vote won and no one person could hold up the law. What do you think?
