Weird noises in my thoat?

K so I'm 15 and. Never burp. Seriously and. Try too all the time bui just can't. Instead, whenever I just get done eating my throat will rumble and croak like a frog. It's sometimes quite but sometimes loud enough for ppl to hear 5 ft or more from me. It's not painful but very embaring and it also happens when I get nervous. For example I was about to kiss this guy I had never kissed before and I was nervous and my throat started croaking again. See what I mean by embaring? And with my ex he found out I did it when we were making out and he didn't care but I did it's so horrible! Does anyone know what it is?
