those are both protein powders you can get at complete nutrition, and I've taken both and i was wondering which one was better or if they were for different uses. and i was at complete nutrition a couple weeks ago and i saw that they had some new pre-workout stuff. i wasn't sure if it was creatine or whatever, but i was wondering if i could take it. i'm 14, 5'7, and 142 lbs. and i've been told it can stunt your growth.
