How do i put tweets on someones wall?

i got a twitter a little while ago and i see people posting stuff on daniel tosh's wall during tosh.0 and he he shows their tweets on the show how do i get in on this and post stuff on his wall etc. im probley not funny enough to get on his show but worth a try
