I work out 5 days a week, no results?
Sorry, I had to laugh at your WTF! You know it's all about calories in and calories out. You probably do have a six-pack but you're not lean enough for it to show. Since you can't spot reduce (technically) you'll have to get leaner if you want your beer gut to go away (and you might even try getting rid of the beer and drinking only water for a month or so). I would suggest eating frequent, SMALL, healthy meals. I say SMALL because you want your stomach to shrink. Even eating a lot of something that has limited calories keeps your stomach stretched. You'll have to do lots of exercises that move your mid-section. You might want to try shaking up your workout too. It's possible that your body is used to this routine so it's not as effective as it should be. Is it possible to swim laps? That's a great full-body workout and would be something different...Good luck!
