Writting a paper in theology cl, do you think people are born gay?

The reason i don't, one is besause when God created man he said man was very good, not just good.Then he blessed them, blessed in the bible means to hallow or cosecrate pure no defects and that was in the beginning Then in Romans he said he gave them over to there lust and carnal mind Romans 1:1-31 thats why i don't believe it because God would be a liar from the begining.
